You as a Tallyfy user can submit an issue via the ‘green question mark’ on the bottom left corner of the app.
- Click on the ‘green question mark’ on the bottom left corner that appears in the web application when you are logged in
- Type your message in. Please explain your issue or requirement in as much detail as possible so we can help you out as fast as possible.
- Click on the ‘camera’ icon – this will send us a screenshot of the page you have open and send it with the message. This may help explain your issue or requirement.
- Click ‘Next’. You’re message will be sent to our support staff. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
