You as a Tallyfy user can submit an issue via the ‘green question mark’ on the bottom left corner of the app.

  1. Click on the ‘green question mark’ on the bottom left corner that appears in the web application when you are logged in
  2. Type your message in. Please explain your issue or requirement in as much detail as possible so we can help you out as fast as possible.
  3. Click on the ‘camera’ icon – this will send us a screenshot of the page you have open and send it with the message. This may help explain your issue or requirement.
  4. Click ‘Next’. You’re message will be sent to our support staff. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
